Sophie and Trevor

Sophie, a new bride, had this tallit made for her groom, Trevor, as a surprise wedding gift. She chose the colors to represent Trevor’s favorite colors, the purple of the wedding party, and the blue of Israel.  She wanted a traditional wide tallit, and chose a white silk/linen fabric. The atarah was the verse from the Song of Songs, “I am my beloved, and my beloved is mine”, bordered by Stars of David with intertwined wedding bands.
