Julia wanted a tallit similar in style to her sister Sara’s tallit but in her own colors and with her own designs. She chose an off white dupioni and designed a 5″ lavender stripe with a gorgeous embroidered silver and purple floral vine. She surrounded that with 2 light blue narrow stripes. The corners are of a star of David, a chamsa, bow and arrow and the Eiffel Tower. Her secret inside corner is a message from her grandparents who commissioned the tallit.
Her atarah has embroidered the priestly blessing and is adorned with 2 gorgeous trees of life on the ends. It is so lovely.
