Alana’s tallit

Alana, who lives in Singapore, chose a stunning teal dupioni for her tallit. We found a cotton print with gold for the middle stripe and we used metallic gold threads for the embroidery. Alana designed her atarah to reflect all the places where she’s lived, divided by sea stars and bordered by waves.
