Jordan’s penguin tallit

Jordan chose a penguin print from spoonflower.com to go on his teal tallit. We outlined the print with 4 rows of different colored dupioni silk that matched the print, and used the red for the corners and atarah.

Jordan had 8 corners. His outside corners were quite originial, including a 20 sided die, a Kadinsky print that I printed out on silk, a minecraft symbol, and the Fibonacci spiral. 

For his inside corners, we used corners from his grandfather’s tallit. We also sewed on an atarah from his grandfather’s tallit onto the inside of his tallit.
