Zachary’s Tallit

#imagebox#

Zach had a vision of what he wanted, and since he was local, he was able to come over and sit on the floor with his mom and create his gorgeous tallit with a vertical design. He chose a dupioni that was green if you looked at it one way, and kind of orange if you looked at it another way. It fringed bright orange. He chose brown, gold and blue silks to create the vertical stripes on it, and a beautiful batik that pulled in all of the colors, placed in the middle of the brown silk. Two of the corners and atarah were gold with blue embroidery, and two were blue with gold embroidery. What you can’t see is the gorgeous orange lining that pops up around his neck while he’s wearing it.
